Canadian Drilling School Inc. was founded to train oil and gas personnel, utilizing the latest teaching practices, in a comfortable learning environment. We offer courses and seminars in IWCF Well Control, Drilling Engineering, and Safety subjects, as well as simulator practice sessions for drilling professionals.

IWCF Well Control

Although Canadian Drilling School Inc offers regular IWCF course schedules to suit most rotations, custom classes can be arranged for clients with six to ten employees.

The cost is $2395.00 + GST for Supervisor Level and $2295.00 + GST for Driller Level

Well Control Preparation

This five-day course is designed for people who wish to take their IWCF or WellCap at Supervisor Level for the first time and would like a well control refresher before attending a formal course.

Our Well Control Preparation course is designed to be less intensive, and hence less stressful, with plenty of class exercises and individual simulator time to illustrate each concept.

This course is subject to a minimum enrolment of five persons and will be offered at both our Calgary South and Nisku campuses.

Ideal for Drillers, Directional Drillers, Mud Engineers, Drilling Engineers, Completions Supervisors, and Drilling Foremen not conversant with API English units.

The cost is $1000.00 + GST

Drilling Engineering

We can provide custom courses, seminars, and workshops in other drilling topics can be arranged with individual clients to suit specific needs.

Safety Subjects

H2S Alive ...mandatory for many oilfield jobs

First Aid  ...essential training for everyone in the workplace, at home, and at play

Ground Disturbance  ...required for anyone engaged in ground disturbance work.

Detection and Control of Flammable Substances  ...for anyone working around flammable substances.

Having apparently been unsuccessful in developing their own brand name, they have resorted to misleading our customers into believing they are dealing with us. Don't be fooled by this phishing technique: Make sure you are dealing with the REAL Canadian Drilling School! If the link takes you anywhere other than canadiandrillingschool.org, canadiandrillingschool.com, or IWCF-well-control.com and the name on the website is not Canadian Drilling School, displaying our copyrighted logo, you are not on an authentic CDS site.
